Breakfast

Toffee Bark
Two challah loaf slices drizzled with housemade toffee sauce, chocolate ganache and Oregon hazelnuts. Served with two eggs and bacon!

Eggs Benedict
Poached eggs, premium smoked ham slices, spinach, tomato, avocado, english muffin, hollandaise sauce, and Christie's seasoned red potatoes.

Tuscan Fritatta
Tomatoes, mozarella, bacon, spinach, red onions, and grilled artichoke hearts topped with a pesto drizzle, served with toast.


Lunch

Albacore and Avacado
Albacore tuna salad and avacado on a bed of iceburg and spring mix with tomatoes and cucumbers.

Grilled Ham and Gouda
Grilled rustic sourdough, smoked ham, carmelized onions, smoked gouda cheese, fresh marinated tomatoes, and spinach with dijon aioli.

Imperial Mushroom Burger
Sauteed mushrooms stacked high on a 1/2 pound patty with swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, and dijon aioli.


Dinner

Stuffed Salmon Supreme
Fresh salmon stuffed with shrimp, spinach, and cream cheese. Oven baked, topped with parmesan and finished with a red wine cream sauce!

Cavatappi
Sundried tomatoes, chargrilled artichoke hearts, grilled red onions and spinach tossed in olive oil and pesto.

Pan Seared Chicken Breast
Skin on with madiera wine, portabellas, and carmellized onions in rich pan juices, served with housemade mashed potatoes.
